The Foundation of Finanza Finesse was structured in the FY 2016 as an Independent, Not for Profit, Non-Political and Non-Governmental organisation & was registered under the Trust Registration Act No. 1882 on 30th March 2019 as “Anshi Foundation” and later was renamed as “The Finanza Finesse Foundation”.
Since its inception, the foundation has been working for Community Development through quality education, with special emphasis on underprivileged children, youth and elderly citizens. We are working to improve the lives of our people in India by addressing challenges related to education, access to financial services, health, agricultural development and skill enhancement.
We seek to achieve our mission by deploying the best possible methodology and technology for building sustainable communities. We are committed to enabling inclusive and equitable development of our beneficiaries, while also sensitizing the children, youth, and elderly of their role in community development, thus promoting a Civic-Driven-Change. We strive to make an impact on the social, environmental and financial needs of the people through training and development, with collaborations and partnerships with local stakeholders, and with the community at the forefront.
We come from a background of academia, international business, heavy engineering, entrepreneurship and Government. Even with such diverse backgrounds, we share a common commitment to advance progressive ideas for the benefit of the public.
Mrs. Anita Ramakant Shrivastava- also known as – Anita Saxena is the Founder & Co-chair of the The Finanza Finesse Foundation. Along with her fellow Co-chair & Trustee, she shapes and approves the foundation’s strategies, projects, and programs, and sets the overall direction of the organization. Together, they meet with the Philanthropists, Administrators, and Partners to further the foundation’s goal of community building.
Mr Shishir Kumar Kudasbehar is the Co-chair & Trustee of The Finanza Finesse Foundation. Along with the Founder & Executive Council, he helps to set the overall path for the foundation. He travels extensively to partake in national & international events to focus attention on the issues the foundation supports. He has a rich repertoire of a diverse & versatile professional career, with an experience of 30 years.
Mr V S Kadam oversees finance and accounting, financial planning and analysis, and several special initiatives. His professional background started with the CRPF, and later led him to serve under the Ministry of Railways, and then at AICTE. He has also worked with a few more prestigious Technical Institutions in NCR, with which his total experience runs to an excess of 50 years.
The foundation of every society is based on education. If the foundation is weak, society can not sustain itself. The Finanza Finesse Foundation organizes workshops on Need-Basis to provide the people, young and old, men and women, an opportunity to educate themselves. We provide Mentoring Support to school/college beneficiaries, as well as drop-outs, that shall help them build their skills and make them learn.
Sustainable Communities make human settlements inclusive, safe and resilient. Our aim is to provide access to quality and affordable education system for all, improving personal safety, notably by creating awareness about true freedom and ensuring good health, with special attention given to the needs of those in vulnerable situations, women, children and senior Indians.

The Finanza Finesse Foundation imparts training in analytical skills, computer programming, soft skills & a few domain specific Technical & Managerial skills Engineering, infrastructure, Power sector, Banking, Aviation, Retailing, & Hospitality to make a difference in the lives of Indian youth.
