We strive to make a significant difference in the communities where we live and operate.
We engage with stakeholders early in the planning process to listen, learn and understand their assets, values, needs and interests. We have professionals in each area of operations who manage stakeholder engagement and integrate local input into our business decisions. These specialists help project teams understand the potential impact on the community and environment. This often results in changes at the project planning phase or during operations to mitigate stakeholder concerns.
We make use of Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach – developed by John L. McKnight and John P. Kretzmann at the Institute for Policy Research at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois to empower the people of the community by encouraging them to utilize what they already possess.
Our upcoming projects are Personal Security- A Living Tradition, Financial Literacy for Safe Future for youth and Happy At Our Age for senior Indians.
