The Founder
Mrs. Anita Ramakant Shrivastava- also known as – Anita Saxena is the Founder & co-chair of the The Finanza Finesse Foundation. Along with the Co-Chair & Trustee, she shapes and approves the foundation’s strategies, projects and programs, and sets the overall direction of the organization. Together, they meet with the Philanthropists, Administrators, and Partners to further the foundation’s goal of community building and capacity building of stakeholders across the world. Her office sets strategic priorities to advance the work of the Foundation.
She is a dynamic and motivated professional with a proven record of designing educational strategies and coaching individuals to success, generating and building relationships, and managing projects from concept to completion. She received a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Power Systems Engineering in 1990 and a master’s degree in Business Administration in 1993 from Nagpur University.
She has travelled to more than fifteen countries, and visited several reputed Institutions and University departments. In her illustrious career of 28 years, she has held several important Academic and Administrative positions in reputed Technical Institutions, and gained rich teaching and administrative experience in the field of Technical Education.
She has served All India Council for Technical Education, (AICTE) New Delhi – the Apex Statutory Organisation of Government of India mandated to regulate Technical Education in the country as Assistant Director, and All India Management Association, (AIMA ) New Delhi – Deemed by the Central Government of India as a National Body for the promotion of Scientific management in the country, Member of Asian Association of Management Organisations, 63 affiliated Local Management Associations and two Cooperating Associations abroad, as the Head of Operations. She has also served AIMA – Secretariat Club as Vice- President (Elect) for planning and organizing welfare programmes for AIMA employees and their families. She has also worked with a few more prestigious Technical Institutions in NCR, and was instrumental in implementing new teaching and learning strategies, launching new courses, and delivering operational impact, both as an Educationist and Academic Dean.
As a progressive and responsible Academician and an Administrator, she has taken up several new initiatives for Academic Approvals, Accreditation, Research & Institutional Development, Formal & Non-Formal Education, Distance Education, and Continuing Education, at National Level.
The President
Mr Shishir Kumar Kudasbehar is the Co-chair and Trustee of The Finanza Finesse Foundation. Along with the Founder and Executive Council, he shapes and approves foundation strategies, projects and programs and helps set the overall direction of the organization. He also participates in National and International events, and travels extensively to focus attention on the issues the foundation supports.
He has a rich repertoire of a diverse and versatile professional experience of 30 years, working in various capacities in all major segments of BHEL, including its International Operations Division, New Delhi, one of BHEL’s major Manufacturing Plants at Bhopal, and International Operations Division of Power Mech Projects Limited, working across GCC, Africa and neighbouring countries. His experience encompasses a wide spectrum of strategic as well as operational disciplines including International Business Development, Project Management, Operations Management, Capital Investment and Contracts Negotiation. He has widely travelled in more than 25 countries and secured prestigious power projects and product orders for the Corporate Group.
He received a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1989, and a Master’s degree in Engineering Materials in 2003 from a premier Regional Engineering College, MANIT, Bhopal, India. He also participated in an advanced Group Training course on ‘Oil Hydraulics and Mechatronics’ at KITA – Kitakyushu International Techno-Co-operative Association, Japan, in 1997.
